How do I select an O-ring size?
To identify which AS568 standard O-ring size is best suited to your application, you must know the required cross-sectional diameter and either the inside diameter or the outside diameter. An O-ring Size Chart is available for download.
How do I select an O-ring material?
We sell standard size O-rings made from the seven most widely used compounds. A Material Selection Guide is available for download. That Material Selection Guide provides additional information on the recommended service temperature, fluid compatibility, and relative price for those seven compounds.
Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?
Our minimum purchase requirement is $5.00 per line item.
How much is shipping?
After you select your items and click the “checkout” button, you will be guided through a login/registration screen. This screen will ask you to provide your shipping and payment information. The cost of various shipping options will be generated from your provided zip code. Shipping options include USPS First Class mail ($5.00), UPS Ground, UPS Three-day Select, and UPS Overnight Air. Only orders totaling under $20.00 will be eligible for USPS shipping.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
UPS will not ship to PO boxes. However, if you select USPS First Class mail (only available for orders under $20.00), then you may enter a PO Box as your shipping address.
What are O-ring Warehouse’s lead times?
Most orders placed with O-ring Warehouse ship within 1 to 3 business days. You will be provided with an exact ship date after your order is placed.
How long will it take to receive my order once it has shipped?
Orders shipped via USPS typically take 3 to 5 business days to deliver. The map below shows the estimated transit time for orders shipped via UPS Ground from O-ring Warehouse.
